FOREIGN STUDENTS may pay using paypal, or can send a bank wire transfer.
US & FOREIGN CLIENTS/STUDENTS: IF YOU WANT TO USE PAYPAL AND PAY BY YOUR CREDIT CARD: you will need to the CHROME, not Safari browser. Your payment information is processed through secure servers and your privacy protected.
For Paypal Payment for OLHT Schools and Sessions: Click on the top box with the credit cards, and then write in the amount you are paying on the form.
SCHOOL REFUND POLICY: With 30 days notice before the event, a full refund will be made less a $50 processing fee. If between 15-30 days notice, a full refund minus a $150 fee. If less than 15 days, a full refund, minus the $300 deposit. Note: Paypal fees will be deducted if payment was made by credit card. No refund will be issued after that, but a Nonrefundable Credit will be awarded, toward a future program, less a $150 processing fee, which may be applied within two years of the date of issue.
Missed Days may be made up during the next season at no extra fee. Certificates will be mailed after all payments are complete and missed days are made up. Students are asked to give 10 days notice if they will miss a class or weekend. Attendance is required for The Basic Training weekend two.
We reserve the right to cancel a program at any time with notice, and if so, you will receive a full refund.
